The Alberk Viscera Collecting Conveyor optimizes the internal organ cleaning process by transporting intestines, gizzards, and livers in a hygienic, orderly, and fast manner along the production line. The system offers ergonomic workspaces for operators, enhancing both safety and process efficiency. Livers are collected separately in a dedicated channel and simultaneously cooled and cleaned via an integrated water system. This segregated structure simplifies downstream processing and provides a long-lasting hygienic solution thanks to its stainless steel construction.
