Alberk was founded in 1994 by Nihat Çelik.

We produced our first chicken processing facility with a capacity of 2,000 birds per hour.

We established the first domestically produced turkey processing line in Türkiye.

We completed our first international exports by establishing facilities in Romania, Georgia, and Syria.

We produced Türkiye’s first Weighing & Grading Line.

We produced our first robotic line machine by manufacturing the gizzard cleaning machine for the evisceration section.

We expanded our export volume to 25 countries.

We produced Türkiye’s first Automatic Cut-Up Line.

We produced Türkiye’s first Automatic Evisceration Line.

The second-generation representative of the Çelik Family, Mechanical Engineer Mr. Ali Berkem Çelik, joined the company.

We became the first in Türkiye to produce a “Halal Killing Without Electroshock” and installed the only system of its kind in Algeria that same year.

We received an R&D Achievement Award from TÜBİTAK for our Automatic Evisceration Line.

We produced Türkiye’s first Filleting (Deboning) Machine.

We expanded our international dealership network and increased our export volume to 40 countries.
