The Alberk Sorting Line automatically classifies poultry by weight after slaughter. Products moving along the overhead conveyor are individually weighed at integrated stations. PLC-controlled drop stations direct products to designated bins. A “missed bird” sensor detects unclassified items and redirects them for reweighing. The system supports real-time data tracking and reporting via PC integration. Off-spec products are manually sorted into selected drops.
